St. Catherine’s University offers an "Acknowledging Montessori for a Master’s" Program (AM2), with online classes including Analysis of Contemporary Issues in Montessori Education, Professional Growth of the Montessori Guide and Classroom Management and Leadership in a flexible, one-year, course of study.
The Master's of Art in Education program (AM2) honors a Montessori credential with up to 15 credits -- leaving only 15 more credits to earn online. The program was developed specifically for Montessori certified teachers and has drawn exciting cohorts of Montessorians from around the country and the world. By offering a pathway to earn credit for prior Montessori teacher training, as well as a concentrated, online program of study, AM2 provides extraordinary value to Montessori educators seeking advanced learning. This is a graduate education oprogram that fits into your working life and, within 7-11 months, enables you to finish a master's degree that expands your capabilities as a Montessori professional.
AM2 students have access to the federal Direct Plus loan and other financial aid opportunities and services.
