School Sponsorship
Some schools sponsor Montessori teacher candidates in exchange for a commitment to teach during the internship year and a specified time as a head teacher. It is the responsibility of the student to initiate a sponsorship program.

Scholarships
American Montessori Society (AMS) Teacher Education scholarship application deadline is May 1. Scholarships are available from the AMS scholarship fund. They are based on need and do not cover the full tuition. Please visit the AMS website at www.amshq.org for a scholarship application.

Note: you will need to apply to CME|NY as a student and apply to AMS for a scholarship. These are two separate application processes.
