1. $250 NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE ($350 for international applicants) – Your application cannot be processed without this fee. Applications must be submitted one month before the program begins. Applications received after this deadline will be charged an additional $250 late processing fee. Payment is due in full before the program begins. Payment plans are available – these include a 10% carrying fee. Housing, transportation expenses, books and supplies are the responsibility of the student. The cost of books and supplies is approximately $200 - $500 depending on the course level and source.

Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION NOTICE: The applicant may cancel this contract and receive a full refund of all monies paid to date if cancellation is made in writing and mailed to Melanie Pappas, CMTE/NY, 785 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, NY 10605, postmarked within five (5) days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and state and federal holidays, after the date of the signature on this application.

JOB PLACEMENT DISCLAIMER: This institution does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon program/course completion.

REFUND POLICY: If a student withdraws from the program one month prior to the program starting date, 100% paid tuition (less processing fee on credit card transactions) will be refunded. Refunds are computed from the date of official withdrawal, not from the time when the student ceases attending classes. The student is required to withdraw officially by writing a letter of intent to the Executive Director and Level Coordinator.
