| 1) APPLICATION: | Apply on line or download the application and mail it to the office. | ||
| 2) REGISTRATION FEE: |
Pay the Registration fee for either U.S. Adult Learner or International. If you require SEVIS processing you must also pay the SEVIS processing fee |

| 3) OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS: | Have two sets of official transcripts from the accredited educational institution where you received your highest degree sent to the office. Foreign Transcripts must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency. | ||
| 4) RECOMMENDATION LETTERS: | Submit two professional and one personal current letters of recommendation. | ||
| 5) PERSONAL STATEMENT: |

Elementary and CMSM candidates without a B.A. will receive a Certificate of Attendance or Certificate of Completion from CME|NY. |
